Rhayader and area
Greenfields is located in the centre of Rhayader (meaning waterfall) which is a traditional mid Wales town with excelent facilities including a leisure centre, a wide range of shops, restaurants and public houses. It is situated on the river Wye.
Rhayader is within driving distance of the spa towns of LLandrindod Wells (and its lake), Llanwrtyd Wells and Builth Wells (home of the Royal Welsh Show).
It is also within 1hr of Newtown, Brecon (with the Beacons), Shrewsbury and Aberystwyth. Further afield are Manchester, Cardiff and the whole of North Wales including Snowdonia.
